Refreshment session

The meeting of the Unit Presidents/Vice Presidents and Secretaries/Jt. Secretaries along with the Executive Committee was held on 24th July at 1.30 pm at Vazhakulam. Unit leaders from Kalloorkad, Enanalloor, Ayavana and Vazhakulam attended. Almost all Executive Members were present. The main discussion was on the conduct of the Half Yearly Council. Format of the Report to be presented in the Council was distributed to units.

It was decided to held the Council at Kalloorkad unit on 7th or another convenient date. Time will be from 1.30 to 4 pm. The release and distribution of the Cancer Awareness Booklet will be in the same function. The meeting concluded with refreshment session. President presided over. Director, Secretary and Senator led the discussions.
