HALF YEARLY COUNCIL ON 28 AUG. AT KALLOORKAD

All unit Directors, Animators and Office Bearers are cordially invited to the Half Yearly Forane Council to be held on Sunday, 28th August 2011 at 1.30 pm at Kalloorkad unit.

The Council will be inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Jose Peechatt, Kalloorkad Unit Director. The Booklet on Cancer Awareness published by Forane Committee will be released on the occasion.

All unit Secretaries are requested to prepare the unit report of activities during the last 6 months in the prescribed format and bring it for presentation.

1.50 pm -  Flag Hoisting

2.00 pm - Inaugural Ceremony

             - Release of Booklet

             - Congratulating Quiz winners

2.30 pm - Reports of units (5 mts each)

             - Report & Accounts of Forane Samithi

             - Discussion

3.45 pm - Valedictory, Yuvadeepthi Anthem

             - Refreshments

4.00 pm - "See You"
